Experience: 5-10 Years
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert high-value business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Business Growth & Strategy
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new markets.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline development through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, Product, Leadership) to tailor solutions for client requirements.
3. Sales Operations & Performance
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
• Track KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral.
• Provide insights and feedback for product/service enhancements based on market needs.
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding of new BD executives.
Required Qualifications & Skills-
• 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, consultative selling, and enterprise client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies and manage large pipelines.
• Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills-
• Industry experience in IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (customize as needed).
• Expertise in building high-value partnerships and managing enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of proposal writing, pricing strategies, and contract structures.
