Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure timely task execution.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to assist in informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and process-related notes.
• Assist management in planning, follow-ups, and execution of projects.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
