Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager

Experience:  5-10 Years

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities-

Identify and acquire new clients for IT contract staffing services.
Drive lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and client engagement to build business pipeline. 
Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation and closure of staffing contracts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support recurring business.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and business targets.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful and timely fulfillment. 
Track market trends and competitor insights to strengthen business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills-

Experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Lead generation & client acquisition expertise
Strategic planning & customer relationship management
Proven target achievement in past roles

Preferred Skills-

Experience working with ATS/CRM or sales automation tools
Exposure to large enterprise or MSP clients
