Experience: 2-4 Years
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate (2–4 years of experience) to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels, a strong understanding of SEO & content marketing, and a creative mindset for executing digital initiatives in a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities — including backlinking, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, podcasts, and digital events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Create high-quality creatives, blogs, and landing pages aligned with marketing goals and brand tone.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Manage website updates and performance optimization using WordPress & Elementor, ensuring excellent user experience.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to recommend actionable insights.
• Experience in webinar/podcast planning and promotion.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, or Zoho Campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internship/agency/client-side).
• Completed a Digital Marketing course/certification preferred
