Job Responsibilities-
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial HR screenings to assess communication skills and cultural fit.
• Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines using spreadsheets or ATS.
• Support onboarding activities — documentation, induction, and coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR operations.
Qualifications-
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships are counted).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications–
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of IT/tech roles and recruitment trends.
• Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement activities.
