HR & Recruitment Executive

Experience: 2-5 Year 

Job Responsibilities-

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. 
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job descriptions. 
Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals. 
Conduct initial HR screenings to assess communication skills and cultural fit. 
Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. 
Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines using spreadsheets or ATS.  
Support onboarding activities — documentation, induction, and coordination with internal teams. 
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR operations. 

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships are counted).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools. 
Understanding of IT/tech roles and recruitment trends.
Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement activities.
