As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of web and mobile applications by conducting functional, manual, and automated testing. Job Responsibilities-
• Design and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand features and functionality.
• Perform manual testing across various devices, browsers, and platforms.
• Support in setting up and maintaining test environments.
• Assist in developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases through continuous testing.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve application usability and user experience
Qualifications-
• Education: Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Testing Knowledge: Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Tools: Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Automation: Hands-on knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
• Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java for test automation.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, good communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: ISTQB Foundation Level certification or any relevant QA certifications.
