As a Senior HR Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of the human resources department, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. Job Responsibilities-
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Design and oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
• Build employee engagement strategies and drive a culture of recognition and inclusion.
• Ensure legal compliance across all HR policies and labor law regulations.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll operations in collaboration with finance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational structure and change management.
• Handle complex employee relations matters and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development.
• Monitor HR metrics and leverage data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications-
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in HR roles with at least 3–5 years in managerial or leadership positions.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employment laws, talent management, and HR strategy.
• Tools: Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, etc.).
• Leadership: Strong team management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Problem Solving: Adept at handling complex HR scenarios with a balanced approach
