As a Senior UI/UX Expert, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centric digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative design thinking with a deep understanding of user behavior and modern UI frameworks.
Job Responsibilities-
• Lead UI/UX design projects from ideation to execution.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple and elegant user flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
Qualifications-
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining component libraries.
• UX Research: Strong understanding of user research methods.
• Responsive Design: Ability to create interfaces for multiple devices.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and design sensibility.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
