We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for IT and product engineering roles. You will lead a recruiter team, leverage AI-powered tools, and partner with business leaders to attract and onboard top talent while enhancing our employer brand.
Job Responsibilities-
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT contract staffing requirements.
• Experience sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & internal databases.
• Screen, shortlist, evaluate candidates & manage the interview lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients and delivery managers for requirement fulfillment.
• Manage salary/ rate negotiation and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain accurate data using ATS & CRM platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced & target-driven environment.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in contract staffing recruitment (IT domain)
• Strong sourcing capability & interview evaluation skills.
• Salary/Rate negotiation experience.
• ATS & CRM tool proficiency.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Client interaction / coordinator experience
• Recruitment experience in niche or senior mandates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/ Master’s in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
