Job Responsibilities-
• Prospecting & Outreach: Cold call and qualify potential prospects for our IT Staffing and Professional Services offerings.
• Lead Generation: Identify, source, and pipeline high-quality leads across the domestic Mid-Market segment.
• Staffing Opportunity Identification: Identify potential client staffing requirements and workforce needs, aligning them with relevant IT staffing and professional services solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective clients, staffing requirements, lead interactions, and opportunities across the sales pipeline.
• Business Development Targets: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets while identifying new staffing opportunities and sharing market insights with the sales team.
Required Skills-
• Domestic Market Focus: Core experience in Domestic IT Staffing & Services Sales (Mid-Market focus). Note: Enterprise B2B professional services background is not applicable for this role.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities with a polished professional presence.
• Execution & Ownership: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s/ Master’s in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
